Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Buildric is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Albertastudio disclaims all warranties, including:

• No Continuous Operation Guarantee: Platform may experience downtime due to hosting outages (Vercel, Supabase), telephony provider outages (Vapi, Zadarma), or maintenance windows.
• No AI Accuracy Guarantee: AI voice agent transcriptions, lead scoring, call summaries, and automated responses may contain errors and must be reviewed by a human operator before acting on them.
• No Call Recording Compliance Guarantee: The client (contractor) is solely responsible for compliance with applicable provincial and federal call recording consent laws. Albertastudio provides the technical infrastructure only.
• No Revenue or Lead Guarantee: Buildric does not guarantee any specific number of leads captured, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes from use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law, Albertastudio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Missed Calls or Lost Leads: Any business opportunities lost due to AI agent downtime, call routing failures, or CRM data sync errors.
• AI Voice Agent Errors: Incorrect information communicated by AI voice agents to callers, including incorrect pricing, availability, or scheduling.
• CRM Data Loss: Loss or corruption of lead records, contact information, or pipeline data due to technical failures.
• Third-Party Failures: Outages of Vapi, Zadarma, Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, or any other service integrated with Buildric.
• Regulatory Violations: Any fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from the client's non-compliant use of call recording, automated dialing, or CRM data handling.

Buildric's AI Voice Receptionist feature uses automated voice synthesis and call recording technology. By activating AI voice features, the subscribing contractor agrees to:

• Obtain all required consents from callers for recording under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law
• Disclose to callers that they may be speaking with or recorded by an automated AI system where legally required
• Use AI-generated call transcripts and summaries as reference material only, not as legally binding documents

Albertastudio provides the +1 (587) 327-8440 number and Vapi infrastructure as a technical service and bears no liability for how the client uses this capability.

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES, ONBOARDING FEES, AND PAYMENTS TO ALBERTASTUDIO FOR BUILDRIC ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Monthly and annual subscription plans — no refunds for unused time
• Setup and onboarding fees — non-refundable once work commences
• No proration for mid-period cancellations
• No retroactive refund following trial-to-paid conversion

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at end of the current billing period.

THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALBERTASTUDIO RELATED TO BUILDRIC SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 CAD, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

BY USING BUILDRIC, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST ALBERTASTUDIO.

Governing law: Province of Alberta and federal laws of Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of the Province of Alberta.

Data collected: Business name, contact details, caller/lead records, CRM pipeline data, call recordings, and transcripts generated by AI voice interactions.

Data Controller: The subscribing contractor is the Data Controller responsible for ensuring their customers and callers have consented to data collection and call recording.

Data Processor: Albertastudio acts as a technical Data Processor only. Lead and CRM data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

Sub-processors used: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Vapi (AI voice), Zadarma (telephony), Stripe (billing).

Data retention: 30 days after account termination, then permanent deletion. Deletion requests: hello@albertastudio.dev
